Experience yoga at Shanti, either on our roof deck, or on the poolside patio, and enjoy a cup of chai after your class.  We offer yoga classes Wednesday through Sunday at 11. Since we never are sure of the composition of the class, our instructors are prepared to accommodate you in any way from gentle and restorative, to energizing and challenging.
