            Mela

Mela, our shop, houses a selection of carefully chosen objects and textiles from India, in addition to handloomed organic towels from Turkey, and steeping teapots from Japan.  The furniture is Indian rosewood, and the cottons and silks are from the finest mills in India.

Mela means a gathering in Sanskrit. But it is commonly used in India now to describe a fair... frequently, a handicraft fair.
