Restauranter Brett Knobel came to San Miguel de Allende for one magical summer when she was sixteen. Years later, after running three successful restaurants in Chicago, and having fallen deeply in love with all things Indian, she decided to return to that magical place in Mexico and open an Indian styled oasis with healthy Indian food, beautiful Indian artifacts, and yoga and spa services.
